'I cannot recommend Jo highly enough and we could not be without her! She has worked with so many of our children both in assessment and longer term support, she has delivered excellent staff training and has the knowledge of both being a teacher and a dyslexia specialist.
Thank you Jo!'

What is dyslexia?
It is estimated that 1 in 10 people have dyslexia. Dyslexia is a neurological difference which primarily affects the acquisition of literacy skills although can also affect other aspects such as organisational skills.
Dyslexia is a lifelong condition which often runs in families. It can range from mild to severe and can co-occur with other learning differences. Each person is unique as is their pattern of strengths and difficulties, therefore each person's experience of dyslexia is different.
It is important to note that thinking in a different way can be a positive thing. Many people with dyslexia have talents in areas such as problem solving and creative fields. Although it cannot be proved, it is thought that Leonardo Da Vinci and Albert Einstein may both have been dyslexic.
With the right support those with dyslexia can develop their talents and achieve their potential.
